Why can I only edit the bottom three rows?
Those rows are the active band. The upper rows provide clues. Complete the active band correctly to clear it; each campaign level asks you to finish a set number of bands.
Do I ever need to guess?
No. Each band is checked for logical solvability before it reaches you. Use the row, column and box clues to find your next number.
What are the color challenges?
Some levels change how the tiles look while keeping the sudoku rules. In Colors Only, use the colored keypad as your guide when the board’s numbers are hidden.
Can I play offline?
Yes. Puzzles and campaign progress are stored on your device. Advertisements require an internet connection.
Will my progress be saved when I close the app?
Your current puzzle and completed levels are saved locally. Reinstalling the game or moving to another device may remove this progress; there is no account-based cloud restore.
How do I change my advertising privacy choices?
Open Privacy choices in the game’s settings where available to review Google UMP consent. On iOS, tracking permission is managed in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. See our privacy page for details.
How do I report a problem?
Email support with your device model, iOS version, game version, level number and what happened. The iOS bundle identifier is com.sudokupanda.game. If a completed rewarded video did not grant its reward, include the time it happened.
