BLACK NUFI SUPPORT

A little help.
Back to the fun.

Every adventure needs a helping hand sometimes.

Good questions. Helpful answers.

How do I play?

Pick a chip and tap Deal. Each throw is one die, worth 1 to 6, added to your total. Throw at least two dice, then Hit for another or Stand. Go over 9 and you bust. Then the dealer throws from the far end until it reaches 7 or more. Closer to 9 wins and pays 1:1; the dealer wins ties.

What is a Black Nufi?

An exact 9. It wins at once, before the dealer throws, and pays 3:2: your bet back plus one and a half times it, 2.5× in total.

How do I throw the dice?

Hold your finger on the screen to shake the die, then release to throw it down the table. A quick tap, or the Hit button, tosses it for you.

When can I Double or Split?

Double is offered after your first die only: your bet doubles, you get exactly one more die, then you stand. Split is offered when your second die matches the first. The pair becomes two hands with a bet each, played one after the other, and a new pair can split again while your chips last.

I ran out of chips. What now?

Collect the hourly bonus of 50 chips in the lobby, spin the daily wheel once every 24 hours, or watch an optional video for 100 free chips, up to 10 times a day. Every level-up also pays 100 chips.

How do I unlock bigger chips?

You earn 1 XP for every chip you wager, win or lose, and 2 XP for every chip you tip the dealer. The 100 chip unlocks at level 3, then 300 at level 5, 500 at level 6 and 1,000 at level 7.

Are the chips real money?

No. Chips are game points only. They have no cash value, can’t be cashed out or exchanged, and can’t be won as prizes. Black Nufi offers no real-money gambling and is intended for adults 18+.

Can I play offline?

Yes. The game runs on your device and is fully playable without a connection. Videos for free chips and other ads need the internet. Your chips, level and XP are saved on your device, so deleting the game starts you fresh; there is no account to restore from.

How do I change my advertising privacy choices?

In the EEA and UK, the game asks for your consent with Google’s privacy form before showing ads, and Privacy choices appears under How to play so you can change your answer. Elsewhere, ads are non-personalized and the game never asks to track you. See our privacy page for details.

How do I report a problem?

Email support with your device model, iOS version, game version and what happened. The iOS bundle identifier is com.zerofour.blacknufi. If a completed video did not grant its chips, include the time it happened.
