Why can I only edit the bottom three rows?
Those rows are the active band. The upper six rows are clues. Fill all 27 cells of the active band correctly and it clears, the remaining rows fall, and a fresh band arrives at the top.
Do I ever need to guess?
No. Each band is checked for logical solvability before it reaches you. The techniques needed become more advanced as your level rises.
When does the timer start?
The clock starts after your first three cleared bands. Each new band gets its own time limit, which changes as you progress through the difficulty stages. If time runs out, an optional rewarded video can add 60 seconds, up to three times per run.
What are the color challenges?
Special bands change how the tiles look while keeping the sudoku rules. Colors Only hides the board’s numbers, Color Chaos mixes up the colors, and One Color gives the numbered tiles a single color. Colors Only gives you extra time to solve the band.
How do mistakes, hints, and combos work?
Three mistakes end a run. You begin with three hints and earn one back per cleared band, up to three. Clear consecutive bands without a mistake or hint to build a bonus multiplier up to 3×.
What does the lifebuoy do?
A lifebuoy lets you continue after losing all three hearts, restoring one heart and keeping your board. You start with one lifebuoy and can earn more through optional rewarded videos, holding up to three. Lifebuoys do not extend the timer.
Can I play offline?
Yes. Puzzles are generated on your device and the game is fully playable without an internet connection. Advertisements require a connection.
Will my run be saved when I close the app?
Your run saves after every move. An ended run is removed, but your profile retains your best score, bands, level, and combo. Progress is local to your device, so reinstalling the game starts fresh.
Why can’t I erase a correct number?
Correct numbers are confirmed and cannot be erased. Undo can still revert the move. Wrong entries remain visible until you erase or overwrite them.
