Sudoku Endless Privacy Policy
How the game handles your information.
Last updated:
This policy covers Sudoku Endless Puzzle (the "Game"), an iOS game published by Tom Manger. It explains what the Game collects, what it does not, and who else is involved.
1. We do not ask you for personal information
The Game has no accounts, no sign-in, no registration and no contact forms. We never ask for your name, email address, phone number, date of birth or payment details, and we do not collect them.
2. Your progress stays on your device
Your current run and your profile — best score, bands cleared, level and best combo — are saved in the operating system's standard app storage on your own device. They are not uploaded to us, they are not shared with anyone, and they are deleted when you delete the Game.
3. The puzzle itself is offline
Every board is generated on your device. The Game makes no network request of its own: it needs the internet only when an advertisement is offered, and it is fully playable with no connection at all.
4. Advertising
The Game shows advertising in three places, and only in these three:
- an optional rewarded video when a run ends, in exchange for winning back one mistake and continuing that run — once per run;
- an optional rewarded video when you are out of hints, in exchange for one hint;
- an occasional advertisement between runs, never during play.
The rewarded videos are always your choice — declining costs you nothing but the reward. Advertisements never interrupt a band you are solving.
Those advertisements are delivered by Unity LevelPlay(ironSource / Unity Technologies) and the ad networks it mediates, including Unity Ads. To serve and measure an advertisement, and to detect ad fraud, these providers may process:
- a device advertising or vendor identifier
- technical device information (model, operating-system version, language, screen size)
- your IP address, from which an approximate country or region can be derived
- advertising interaction data — that an ad was requested, shown, completed or closed
The Game is configured to request non-personalized advertising only. It sends the mediation SDK a "do not sell my personal information" signal, and it does not record consent to personalized advertising. The Game does not present the iOS App Tracking Transparency prompt and does not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
Unity's handling of this data is governed by its own privacy policy, available at unity.com/legal/game-player-and-app-user-privacy-policy.
5. What we do not do
- We do not build a profile of you.
- We do not sell, rent or trade any information about you.
- We run no analytics of our own.
- We do not use your data to track you across other apps or websites.
6. Children
The Game is suitable for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the Game requests non-personalized advertising only, no interest-based advertising profile is built from anyone's play, regardless of age.
7. Your choices
On iOS you can limit ad tracking system-wide under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and reset your advertising identifier under Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising. Deleting the Game removes all locally stored progress.
8. Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
