Black Nufi Privacy Policy
How the game handles your information.
Last updated:
This policy covers Black Nufi (the "Game"), an iOS game (bundle identifier com.zerofour.blacknufi) published by Zero Four Ltd (Ploxie Games). It explains what the Game collects, what it does not, and who else is involved.
1. We do not ask you for personal information
The Game has no accounts, no sign-in, no registration and no contact forms. We never ask for your name, email address, phone number, date of birth or payment details, and we do not collect them. We run no servers for the Game. The services described below (analytics in section 4, advertising in section 5 and Meta in section 6) receive limited technical information as explained there.
2. Your progress stays on your device
Your chip balance, XP and level, bonus and daily wheel timers, your daily count of rewarded videos and your settings are saved in the operating system's standard app storage on your own device. They are not uploaded to us, they are not shared with anyone, and they are deleted when you delete the Game. There is no account-based cloud restore.
3. No real money
Chips in the Game are game points only. They have no cash value and cannot be cashed out, sold, exchanged or won as prizes. The Game does not offer real-money gambling. It is intended for adults aged 18 and over, and practice or success in the Game does not imply future success at real-money gambling.
4. Analytics
The Game uses Google Analytics for Firebase, provided by Google, to understand how the Game is played and to improve it. It records gameplay events, for example that a hand started or ended (with the bet, the chips won or lost, your balance and level), that a bonus was claimed, that an advertisement was shown or completed, and which screen you are on. Firebase also records standard events such as first open, session start and engagement time.
With these events Firebase processes a random app instance identifier, technical device information (model, operating-system version, language), the Game's version, and your IP address, from which an approximate country or region is derived. The Game's analytics does not use your device's advertising identifier (IDFA), and analytics data is not used for advertising: ad storage, ad user data and ad personalization signals are switched off.
Where privacy law requires consent, for example in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom (UK) and Switzerland, analytics stays off unless you agree in the consent form described in section 5. If the Game cannot tell where you are, it treats you as in those regions.
Google's handling of this data is governed by its own policies, available at firebase.google.com/support/privacy and policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
5. Advertising
The Game is free and shows advertising. You can choose to watch a rewarded video for free chips or for an extra spin of the daily wheel; declining costs you nothing but the reward. The Game may also show an occasional full-screen advertisement between hands, after you tap "Deal again", and a banner at the bottom of the table screen. Advertisements never interrupt a hand while you are playing it.
Advertisements are delivered by Unity LevelPlay (ironSource / Unity Technologies) and the ad networks it mediates, including Unity Ads and Google AdMob. The Game requests advertisements only when you are online. To serve and measure an advertisement, and to detect ad fraud, these providers may process:
- a device advertising or vendor identifier
- technical device information (model, operating-system version, language, screen size)
- your IP address, from which an approximate country or region can be derived
- advertising interaction data — that an ad was requested, shown, completed, clicked or closed
For users in the EEA and the UK, the Game shows Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent form before the first advertisement is requested. Personalized advertising is used only if you agree there; otherwise advertisements are non-personalized.
Everywhere else, the Game requests non-personalized advertising only. It sends the mediation SDK a "do not sell my personal information" signal, which the mediation SDK passes on to the networks it mediates. The Game does not present the App Tracking Transparency prompt and does not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
Unity's handling of this data is governed by its own privacy policy, available at unity.com/legal/game-player-and-app-user-privacy-policy. Google's handling of this data is governed by its own policy, available at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
6. Meta (Facebook) SDK
The Game uses the Meta (Facebook) SDK, provided by Meta Platforms, to measure app installs and app events, such as the Game being opened and in-game milestones. This helps us understand how players find the Game and measure our own advertising campaigns. The Game does not use Facebook Login and does not send Meta your name, email address or other contact details.
To do this, Meta may process the app events, technical device information (model, operating-system version, language), your IP address and an app-specific identifier. Because the Game does not ask for App Tracking Transparency permission, it does not share your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) with Meta.
Meta's handling of this data is governed by its own privacy policy, available at facebook.com/privacy/policy.
7. In-app purchases
The Game does not sell anything today. A future version may offer optional in-app purchases, such as chip packs or removing advertisements. Any purchase would be made through your Apple Account and processed by Apple under Apple's terms. We never see your card or payment details; we would receive only Apple's confirmation of the purchase, so the Game can deliver it. Purchased chips would still be game points with no cash value.
8. What we do not do
- We do not build a profile of you.
- We do not sell, rent or trade any information about you.
- We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
- Analytics, advertising and Meta process data only as described above, subject to your privacy choices.
The Unity engine itself may send Unity Technologies basic technical information about the device (such as model, operating-system version and graphics hardware) to help Unity improve the engine.
9. Age and children
The Game simulates casino-style gambling and is intended for adults aged 18 and over. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us using the address below.
10. Your choices
In the EEA and UK, open Privacy choices under How to play to review or change your consent at any time. Rewarded videos are always optional. Without an internet connection the Game requests no advertisements and you can still play.
Deleting the Game removes your locally stored progress and the Game's analytics app instance identifier from your device. For questions about data processed by Google, Unity or Meta, use their privacy policies linked above, or contact us (section 12) and we will help.
11. Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
