Sudoku Panda Puzzle Privacy Policy

This policy covers Sudoku Panda Puzzle (the "Game"), an iOS game (bundle identifier com.sudokupanda.game) published by Tom Manger (Ploxie Games). It explains what the Game collects, what it does not, and who else is involved.

1. We do not ask you for personal information

The Game has no accounts, no sign-in, no registration and no contact forms. We never ask for your name, email address, phone number, date of birth or payment details, and we do not collect them.

2. Your progress stays on your device

Your current puzzle and campaign progress — completed levels, stars and in-game coins — are saved in the operating system's standard app storage on your own device. They are not uploaded to us, they are not shared with anyone, and they are deleted when you delete the Game.

3. The puzzle itself is offline

Every board is generated on your device. The Game makes no network request of its own: it needs the internet only to request advertising, and it is fully playable with no connection at all.

4. Advertising

The Game offers optional rewarded videos for in-game help, may show occasional full-screen advertisements between levels, and shows a small banner advertisement at the bottom of the screen during play. Rewarded videos are your choice; declining costs you nothing but the reward. Full-screen advertisements never interrupt a puzzle you are solving; the banner stays outside the board and does not cover it.

Those advertisements are delivered by Unity LevelPlay(ironSource / Unity Technologies) and the ad networks it mediates, including Unity Ads and Google AdMob. To serve and measure an advertisement, and to detect ad fraud, these providers may process:

• device advertising ID (including the iOS IDFA when access is permitted) or vendor identifier
• technical device information (model, operating-system version, language, screen size)
• your IP address, from which an approximate country or region can be derived
• advertising and usage data — for example, that an ad was requested, shown, completed or closed

This data is used for third-party advertising, including delivering and measuring ads and detecting fraud. Depending on your permissions, providers may use identifiers and advertising/usage data for personalized advertising.

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom (UK), the Game uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent form to collect advertising privacy choices before requesting ads that require consent. Outside the EEA/UK, any request for tracking permission on iOS is made through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt before access to the advertising ID or tracking across other companies' apps and websites. Where iOS requires ATT permission, that requirement also applies alongside any UMP consent.

Personalized advertising is not inferred from choosing to watch a rewarded video. If you decline the relevant permission, the Game does not treat that as consent to personalized advertising; non-personalized or limited ads may still be available. Your privacy choices are passed to Unity LevelPlay and its mediated networks.

Unity's handling of this data is governed by its own privacy policy, available at unity.com/legal/game-player-and-app-user-privacy-policy. Google's handling of this data is governed by its own policy, available at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

5. What we do not do

• We do not build a profile of you.
• We do not sell, rent or trade any information about you.
• We run no analytics of our own.
• Advertising partners process data as described above, subject to your privacy choices.

6. Children

The Game is suitable for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us using the address below.

7. Your choices

Where available, open Privacy choices in the Game's settings to review or change your UMP consent. You can change iOS tracking permission under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Declining tracking does not prevent you from playing.

Deleting the Game removes locally stored progress. For questions about data processed by an advertising provider, use its privacy policy linked above or contact us below.

8. Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
